Activation Workshop: Celebrate & Build Loyalty with Automated Birthday Programs

Launch an automated birthday program that delights customers and builds long-term loyalty. This practical workshop breaks down what makes a birthday automation work, and then using our Pre Built Birthday Program template setting up an automated email journey.

Workshop Prerequisites

1. Offer creation: If you plan to include a discount of gift, ensure this is pre-built in Spektrix
2. Email Design: Design your Birthday Email as a Triggered Email Campaign within DotDigital
3. Contact Data Fields: Ensure you have the DATEOFBIRTH data field created in DotDigital
4. Sync your Address Book: Make sure that you have a synched address book between Spektrix and Dotdigital
5. Know your time: Agree when you would like to send your birthday email - the day of, a week before, a month before?

Note on Registration: To ensure an interactive session with tailored support, registration is limited to 10 participants on a first-come, first-served basis.

If you can no longer attend, please cancel your registration to free up a spot:

1. Log into the Community and select the specific event you are registered for
2. Select 'View Receipt' on the right-hand side
3. In the pop-up, select 'Cancel' at the base and click 'Submit'
