Activation Workshop: Celebrate & Build Loyalty with Automated Birthday Programs

Launch an automated birthday program that delights customers and builds long-term loyalty. This practical workshop breaks down what makes a birthday automation work, and then using our Pre Built Birthday Program template setting up an automated email journey.

Workshop Prerequisites

To get the most out of this session and successfully launch your automated birthday program, please complete the following steps before attending:

1. Offer Creation: If you plan to include a special discount or gift, ensure the Offer is pre-built within Spektrix.
2. Email Design: Design your birthday email creative as a Triggered Email within Dotdigital.

Note on Registration: To ensure an interactive session with tailored support, registration is limited to 10 participants on a first-come, first-served basis.

If you can no longer attend, please cancel your registration to free up a spot:

1. Log into the Community and select the specific event you are registered for
2. Select 'View Receipt' on the right-hand side
3. In the pop-up, select 'Cancel' at the base and click 'Submit'
