Activation Workshop: Refining Your Online Donation Ask For Previous Donors

Stop making the same donation ask to everyone.

In this practical session, we will help you analyse your Spektrix data to identify and tag previous donors. You will use these tags to trigger personalised messaging and tailored donation requests directly in the online purchase path. You will leave the session with two live, automated funds and tools to measure how much more your supporters give when the ask feels personal.

Please note: Activation Workshops are not recorded. These are interactive, hands-on sessions for small groups, and participants may share examples from their live systems. Keeping workshops unrecorded helps create an open learning environment and encourages active participation.

To attend this workshop, you will need to have:

Have General Administrator permissions to enable you to set up Tags and Funds
Have Insights and Mailings user role to run reports
Have a think about the specific messaging you want to use for each of the two online funds we'll be setting up; including name and description
Download and make a copy of this benchmark document in advance of the session and have access to this on the day

Note on Registration: To ensure an interactive session with tailored support, registration is limited to 10 participants on a first-come, first-served basis.

Log into the Community and select the specific event you are registered for
Select 'View Receipt' on the right-hand side
In the pop-up, select 'Cancel' at the base and click 'Submit'
