Activation Workshop: Refining Your Online Donation Ask For Previous Donors

Stop making the same donation ask to everyone. In this practical session, we’ll help you dive into your Spektrix data to identify and tag your previous donors. You'll then use those tags to trigger personalised messaging and tailored donation asks directly in the online purchase path. You’ll leave the session with a live, automated fund and the tools to measure exactly how much more your supporters give when the ask feels personal.

To attend this workshop, you will need to:

1. Have General Administrator permissions to enable you to set up Tags and Funds
2. Have Insights and Mailings user role to run reports
3. Have a think about the specific messaging you want to use for each of the two online funds we'll be setting up; including name and description
4. Download and make a copy of this benchmark document in advance of the session and have access to this on the day

Note on Registration: To ensure an interactive session with tailored support, registration is limited to 10 participants on a first-come, first-served basis.

1. Log into the Community and select the specific event you are registered for
2. Select 'View Receipt' on the right-hand side
3. In the pop-up, select 'Cancel' at the base and click 'Submit'
