
Activation Workshop: Sending Smart Relevant Pre-Event Emails
In this workshop, you’ll use our new Pre-Event Email Template to build an intelligent email that automatically adapts to every event in your season. You’ll learn how to combine essential pre-visit information with upsell opportunities, all within one flexible template. By the end of the session, you’ll have a fully functional pre-event automation that delivers timely, relevant emails to attendees, while reducing the number of campaigns you need to create and manage.
To attend this workshop, you will need to:
- Have your branded header and footer saved in Dotdigital ready
- Add the following Event Attributes:
- dotdigitalEventField1
- dotdigitalEventField2
- dotdigitalEventField3
- Add the Instance Attribute:
- dotdigitalInstanceField1
Note on Registration: To ensure an interactive session with tailored support, registration is limited to 10 participants on a first-come, first-served basis.
If you can no longer attend, please cancel your registration to free up a spot:
- Log into the Community and select the specific event you are registered for
- Select 'View Receipt' on the right-hand side
- In the pop-up, select 'Cancel' at the base and click 'Submit'
