
Activation Workshop: Set Up a Subsite
In this hands-on workshop, you will work alongside Spektrix team members and Spektrix users to build and configure your subsite - a free, mobile-optimized purchase pathway that links with your website. You can use your subsite as your primary purchase path or alongside it. For more inspiration on what is possible, check out the Support Centre article What is a Subsite.
This isn't just a demonstration; it’s a dedicated "power hour" to get the work done. You will log into Spektrix Link, apply your organization's branding, set up your navigation menu and configure settings required in the website Admin interface. You will leave the session with a subsite that is activated. All that will remain as a next step will be to link your new subsite with your website.
What we will achieve together:
- Brand Alignment: Uploading logos and styling to ensure a consistent customer journey.
- Technical Configuration: Setting up Subsite Settings in Spektrix Link and Domain Specific Config in Website Admin.
Prerequisites For Attendees
To ensure you can go live by the end of the session, please ensure you have the following in place:
- Subdomains Ready: Your required subdomains must be created as outlined in the Support Centre article How to Get Started with Subsites. (This is a hard requirement for activation, you may be asked to leave the workshop if you don’t have this in place).
- User Permissions: Ensure you have access to Spektrix Link and the Website Settings interface. If you don’t have access, please flag this during sign up.
- Brand Assets: Have your logo (PNG/SVG) and primary brand hex codes (e.g., #FFFFFF) ready to use.
Note on Registration: To ensure an interactive session with tailored support, registration is limited to 10 participants on a first-come, first-served basis.
If you can no longer attend, please cancel your registration to free up a spot:
- Log into the Community and select the specific event you are registered for
- Select 'View Receipt' on the right-hand side
- In the pop-up, select 'Cancel' at the base and click 'Submit'

For the best experience, attendees should log in on a computer (vs. a mobile device), and it is recommended you use Google Chrome as it's the best browser for this experience. Other browsers will work, but elements like virtual backgrounds, and audio and camera settings can be blocked, depending on your browser and settings.
