Use mobile phone cameras to scan tickets
You can now scan tickets with an Apple or Android mobile phone.
You no longer need a dedicated hardware device to scan tickets. Instead, you're able to scan tickets with the camera of Apple and Android mobile phones.

This tool will allow you to import data into your system in bulk. For starters, we’re enabling you to bulk upload Memberships, Customers, and Donations. We’ll also keep exploring other kinds of data to add to this tool.
Add extra information to your campaigns in the Opportunities Interface with Custom Attributes.
Custom Attributes are a system-wide concept that you may already be using to add your own bespoke fields to Customer records, Memberships, Events and more. Add conditional formatting, free text, and URLs to digital tickets.

Additionally, you’re able to add custom text to digital tickets. This means you can include helpful messaging on tickets, such as access or parking information. You’re also able to add URLs to the back of tickets, which will enable customers to navigate directly to places like your website
