There are so many free & paid AI tools (examples: Gemini, Claude, Chat GPT, etc) that can help you analyze data for trends. The key is to understand how an AI tool uses the information you share before uploading it. Some tools offer privacy settings that prevent your data being used to train or improve their AI. That’s worth checking, but you still need to consider whether personal or confidential information is appropriate to share.

Take Action:

Before uploading an export from Spektrix to an AI tool, remove any data that makes a customer identifiable. This includes personally identifiable information (PII), such as name, address, phone number, email, and customer ID. Check your organization’s data protection policies before sharing any data, and review the results carefully before acting on them.
