In this hands-on workshop our Spektrix experts will teach you to spot duplicate records in your system, and offer strategies for how to manage these duplicate accounts to ensure your customer data is as healthy as possible. We’ll take a look at how duplicates can happen, what Spektrix does to stop and spot them, and set up three processes to help clean your data. Clean data has a huge impact on the value of your system - from reporting to Dotdigital open rates and beyond. Activation Workshop: Tackling Your Duplicate Customer Records

Consistent donation revenue is crucial to long-term financial stability. Remove barriers for loyal supporters by offering the ability to contribute on an ongoing basis at a level that suits them.In this workshop, we’ll set up a monthly recurring membership in your system using Variable Recurring Giving. In addition to the setup, you’ll learn how to sell the membership internally. Activation Workshop: Enabling Recurring Donations

In this hands-on workshop, you will work alongside Spektrix team members and Spektrix users to build and configure your subsite - a free, mobile-optimized purchase pathway that links with your website. You can use your subsite as your primary purchase path or alongside it. For more inspiration on what is possible, check out the Support Centre article <a href="https://support.spektrix.com/hc/en-us/articles/16599454368797-What-is-a-Spektrix-Subsite" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">What is a Subsite</a>.This isn't just a demonstration; it’s a dedicated "power hour" to get the work done. You will log into Spektrix Link, apply your organization's branding, set up your navigation menu and configure settings required in the website Admin interface. You will leave the session with a subsite that is activated.
