Roundtable: Reporting for Boards and Funders

In this hands-on workshop our Spektrix experts will teach you to spot duplicate records in your system, and offer strategies for how to manage these duplicate accounts to ensure your customer data is as healthy as possible. We’ll take a look at how duplicates can happen, what Spektrix does to stop and spot them, and set up three processes to help clean your data. Clean data has a huge impact on the value of your system - from reporting to Dotdigital open rates and beyond.
