Identify and re-engage your lapsed bookers. Automate your marketing, improve retention and generate fresh revenue. This practical workshop will be delivered over two sessions, helping you first define what ‘lapsed booker’ means to you through audience analysis and insights, and second to build and activate an automated marketing workflow which will recapture that lost audience. The workshops will be run over two dates a week apart and it’s important that you’re able to attend both sessions. Important Note: This is a two-part workshop. This workshop is designed to unlock the full targeting potential of integrating your Spektrix and Dotdigital systems with your Meta Advertising account. Stop making the same donation ask to everyone. In this practical session, we’ll help you dive into your Spektrix data to identify and tag your previous donors. You'll then use those tags to trigger personalised messaging and tailored donation asks directly in the online purchase path.
