Identify and re-engage your lapsed bookers. Automate your marketing, improve retention and generate fresh revenue. This practical workshop will be delivered over two sessions, helping you first define what ‘lapsed booker’ means to you through audience analysis and insights, and second to build and activate an automated marketing workflow which will recapture that lost audience. Activation Workshop: Re-Engaging Lapsed Bookers (Part 1)

In this hands-on workshop, you will work alongside Spektrix team members and Spektrix users to build and configure your subsite - a free, mobile-optimized purchase pathway that links with your website. You can use your subsite as your primary purchase path or alongside it. For more inspiration on what is possible, check out the Support Centre article <a href="https://support.spektrix.com/hc/en-us/articles/16599454368797-What-is-a-Spektrix-Subsite" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">What is a Subsite</a>.This isn't just a demonstration; it’s a dedicated "power hour" to get the work done. You will log into Spektrix Link, apply your organization's branding, set up your navigation menu and configure settings required in the website Admin interface. You will leave the session with a subsite that is activated. In this hands-on workshop you will build an automated pre-event email journey that promotes supplementary events through a dedicated subsite.Enhance your customer experience and drive secondary spend by offering tailored add-ons, like programmes, drinks, or parking, at the perfect moment.
