Activation Workshop: Celebrate & Build Loyalty with Automated Birthday Programs

In this hands-on workshop our Spektrix experts will teach you to spot duplicate records in your system, and offer strategies for how to manage these duplicate accounts to ensure your customer data is as healthy as possible. We’ll take a look at how duplicates can happen, what Spektrix does to stop and spot them, and set up three processes to help clean your data. Clean data has a huge impact on the value of your system - from reporting to Dotdigital open rates and beyond. Activation Workshop: Tackling Your Duplicate Customer Records

Identify and re-engage your lapsed bookers. Automate your marketing, improve retention and generate fresh revenue. This practical workshop will be delivered over two sessions, helping you first define what ‘lapsed booker’ means to you through audience analysis and insights, and second to build and activate an automated marketing workflow which will recapture that lost audience. The workshops will be run over two dates a week apart and it’s important that you’re able to attend both sessions. Important Note: This is a two-part workshop.
