Activation Workshop: Activating Digital Passes
Ready to give your audiences a frictionless arrival experience?
Say goodbye to audiences rummaging through their inboxes at the doors and hello to smooth scanning! Join us for a hands-on Activation Workshop where we’ll get digital tickets to Apple and Google Wallets switched on in your system.
In just under an hour, we’ll work together in your live environment so you can leave the call with fully functioning digital passes. Bring your brand colours and a cup of tea, and let’s get building!
What we will cover together:
- Updating your system emails: Adding the magic ‘Add to Wallet’ button to your Print at Home emails.
- Designing your pass: Using Spektrix Link to add your logo, brand colours, and key event information.
- Going live: Linking your beautiful new pass to an event instance so your audiences can start downloading.
Pre-requisites for attending:
- Access to Spektrix Link & company logo image
- Access to Spektrix Admin interface
Please note: Activation Workshops are not recorded. These are interactive, hands-on sessions for small groups, and participants may share examples from their live systems. Keeping workshops unrecorded helps create an open learning environment and encourages active participation.
Note on Registration: To ensure an interactive session with tailored support, registration is limited to 10 participants on a first-come, first-served basis.
If you can no longer attend, please cancel your registration to free up a spot:
- Log into the Community and select the specific event you are registered for
- Select 'View Receipt' on the right-hand side
- In the pop-up, select 'Cancel' at the base and click 'Submit'
If you don’t see this option, just email us at [email protected] and we’ll handle it for you!
For the best experience, attendees should log in on a computer (vs. a mobile device), and it is recommended you use Google Chrome as it's the best browser for this experience. Other browsers will work, but elements like virtual backgrounds, and audio and camera settings can be blocked, depending on your browser and settings.
