Activation Workshop: Enabling Recurring Donations
Consistent donation revenue is crucial to long-term financial stability. Remove barriers for loyal supporters by offering the ability to contribute on an ongoing basis at a level that suits them.
In this workshop, we’ll set up a monthly recurring membership in your system using Variable Recurring Giving. In addition to the setup, you’ll learn how to sell the membership internally, and for those using Spektrix Subsites, you’ll have this up and running to donors online by the end of the hour!
For those who are not using Spektrix Subsites, that’s okay! We'll give you the practical tools and guidance you need to integrate variable giving into your existing website. You'll leave ready to collaborate confidently with your team and web developers to choose and implement the best options for your goals.
Pre-requisites for attending:
- Continuous authority turned on with your Payment Service Provider
- Auto-renewable memberships turned on
- Stored wallets turned on
- If you’re using Subsites, please have access to the backend of your subsite.
- Interface Access
- Settings
- Admin
- Sales and/or Opportunities
- Spektrix Link
Considerations - If you are not currently using Spektrix Payments, and you’re interested in switching over, we may recommend holding on this workshop until you are implemented.
Note on Registration: To ensure an interactive session with tailored support, registration is limited to 10 participants on a first-come, first-served basis.
If you can no longer attend, please cancel your registration to free up a spot:
- Log into the Community and select the specific event you are registered for
- Select 'View Receipt' on the right-hand side
- In the pop-up, select 'Cancel' at the base and click 'Submit'
