Activation Workshop: Identifying Previous Donors to Tailor Your Subsequent Donation Asks

In this hands-on workshop you will work with Spektrix experts to find previous donors in your Spektrix database and tag them, enabling you to start targeting your messaging. You will leave with a greater understanding of your pool of donors and be equipped to delve further into segmenting them for targeted messaging.

To attend this workshop, you will need to have:

1. General Administrator permissions to enable you to set up Tags
2. Insights and Mailings user role to run reports
