Are you using a one-size fits all donation ask in your purchase path? Take the ask to the next level by adding a touch of personalization based on their giving behavior.

In this practical session, we will help you analyze your Spektrix data to identify and tag two different groups of previous donors. You will use these tags to trigger personalized messaging and tailored donation requests directly in the online purchase path. You will leave the session with two live, automated funds, and tools to measure how much more your supporters give when the ask feels personal.

Please note these funds will not display if you are using Direct or One Click Checkout.

Please note: Activation Workshops are not recorded. These are interactive, hands-on sessions for small groups, and participants may share examples from their live systems. Keeping workshops unrecorded helps create an open learning environment and encourages active participation.

To attend this workshop, you will need to have:

Access to the Admin & Insights and Mailings interfaces

Draft the fund name and description that you want to appear online for your two groups of donors

Those who have donated once in the last year

Those who have donated multiple times in the last year

Download and make a copy of this benchmark document in advance of the session and have access to this on the day.

Note on Registration: To ensure an interactive session with tailored support, registration is limited to 10 participants on a first-come, first-served basis.

Log into the Community and select the specific event you are registered for
