
Activation Workshop: Tackling Your Duplicate Customer Records
In this hands-on workshop our Spektrix experts will teach you to spot duplicate records in your system, and offer strategies for how to manage these duplicate accounts to ensure your customer data is as healthy as possible. We’ll take a look at how duplicates can happen, what Spektrix does to stop and spot them, and set up three processes to help clean your data.
Clean data has a huge impact on the value of your system - from reporting to Dotdigital open rates and beyond. If you don't have a current process for managing duplicates, this is the workshop for you!
Prerequisites For Attendees
- User must have attended Instructor Led Training on Exploring Data 1: Customer Segmentation or feel confident in Spektrix segmentation tools like Customer Lists and Auto-Tags.
- Have access to Sales, Admin, and Insights and Mailings interfaces in Spektrix, but no prep work needs to be accomplished.
Note on Registration: To ensure an interactive session with tailored support, registration is limited to 10 participants on a first-come, first-served basis.
If you can no longer attend, please cancel your registration to free up a spot:
- Log into the Community and select the specific event you are registered for
- Select 'View Receipt' on the right-hand side
- In the pop-up, select 'Cancel' at the base and click 'Submit'
