The League of American Orchestras’ 81st National Conference brings the field together in Baltimore for three days of learning, connection, and inspiration.
This year’s theme, FLOW, invites attendees to explore how orchestras can move forward with intention and adaptability. Across the conference, sessions will focus on building financially resilient organizations, strengthening audience development, deepening community engagement, and creating more equitable and healthy workplaces. There will also be discussions on emerging topics like the responsible use of AI and managing evolving cyber risks.
Alongside the learning, the conference features performances and musical moments, including a reflection on America at 250 led by the Baltimore Symphony Orchestra, plus opportunities to connect with peers who are navigating similar challenges and opportunities across the sector.
