 to help lead the day-to-day operations of our busy Box Office at our renowned concert hall in Chelsea, London. Across a 5-day week -  you’ll support a 7‑day operation - working with a wonderfully varied audience and client base – from international classical concerts to rock, pop and contemporary events – all while helping to deliver a first‑class experience for customers and promoters alike.

On £32,000 per annum (plus generous benefits), you’ll provide exceptional customer service, sell tickets across all channels (in person, phone, post, email and live chat), handle enquiries, oversee accurate financial reconciliations and promoter allocations, and help keep everything running smoothly under time pressure.

If you have box office experience, a great customer service attitude, excellent communication and organisational skills, strong attention to detail and confidence with ticketing software, we’d love to hear from you.
