Activation Workshop: Identifying Potential Members

This activation workshop is designed to help leverage existing Spektrix data to drive measurable membership growth. The focus is on spotting the regulars who act like members but haven't joined yet and then build lookalike audiences to find more people like them.

What we will achieve together:

Participants will analyse their visitor data within Spektrix to surface "lookalike" records, those whose behavioural profile mirrors that of existing members. We will build an autotag and customer group to flag these individuals to their teams on an ongoing basis.

Pre-requisites for attending:

1. Have the General Administrator user role
2. Have the Insights & Mailings Administrator user role
3. Have access to the Sales Interface
