A Pre-Event email is like that friend who texts “don’t forget your tickets and an umbrella” right before you leave. It builds excitement, shares the important stuff like parking, and maybe even tempts you with snacks or other merch. The Post Event email is your chance to keep the good vibes going with a thank you, a quick survey, or a “bring a friend next time” invite.
