Access to Spektrix Settings

Contact Preferences configured and linked to Dotdigital

Customer Lists or Global Segments set up for targeting

Prep

Review your current Contact Preferences and ask:

Is the communication method clear?

Are types of content (e.g. newsletters, offers, event info) clearly stated?

Is the frequency or volume of communication implied or explained?

Make sure the language feels human and sets accurate expectations.

Activate

In Spektrix Settings, review and edit your Contact Preferences. Archive old ones if no longer used.

Group preferences clearly by communication type and channel.

Link your email preferences to Dotdigital to ensure unsubscribes and resubscribes sync correctly.

Capture preferences during checkout and through your website sign-up form.

Set up Global Segments for each preference so you can easily filter lists and automate communications.
