  • Contact Preferences set up in Spektrix
  • Access to Dotdigital (optional, but recommended)
  • Support from a web developer (unless using Spektrix Link)

  • Capture contact info from people who haven’t booked yet
  • Reach existing customers who missed the opportunity to opt in at checkout
  • Create a permanent home for your sign-up form on your website

  • Contact Preferences: Tools for collecting customer consent and defining how data can be used
  • Simple Sign-Up Form: A short HTML form collecting name and email for communications
  • Website Integration: Collaboration with a developer or use of Spektrix Link to display the form

  • Review your Contact Preferences in Spektrix and ensure they’re set up to sync with your Dotdigital account
  • Coordinate with your web developer or web team to scope where and how the form will appear
  • If using Spektrix Link, confirm that the Mailing List page is enabled in the menu

  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Email Address
  • Email Contact Preference (linked to Dotdigital)
