Prep

For both methods:

Create Instance Attributes for the types of access performances you offer (e.g. "Captioned," "Relaxed," "Audio Described").

Set the attribute type to Checkbox and make it Visible in the API.

Add a clear description so your internal team knows what each one is for.

For the Spektrix Subsite, be sure to use the exact naming conventions provided in this article.

Activate

If you're using the API:

Apply your new Instance Attributes to relevant performances. Use the Bulk Instance Update Tool to save time.

Work with your web developer to display those attributes on your website. You might show labels such as “Audio Described” or “Relaxed Performance” next to event listings.
