We're excited to share our latest product updates, designed to give your fundraising team more power, flexibility, and control.

Variable Recurring Giving

You can now set minimum and maximum price ranges for recurring memberships and gifts, allowing donors to choose their own level of support.
  • Maximize recurring donation income: Enable donors to give more if they would like to.
  • Automate renewals: If a donor opts in to auto renew, their membership will automatically renew at their specific chosen price point, no manual adjustments needed.
  • Simplify your workflow: Streamline all of your variable-level recurring gifts using a single, flexible solution.
Access these pricing controls across the Sales Interface, API, and the new Subsites Membership page.


Better donor recognition for Households

You can now choose to include all household members, not just the primary contact, when building Customer Lists and Auto Tags.
  • Automate benefit sharing: Instantly tag every household member based on their combined giving, removing the need for manual soft crediting.
  • Target with precision: Create more nuanced segments using shared purchase and gift history.
  • Reach every member: Email the whole household based on combined purchase data, or export all names for playbills and online donor listings.
  • Stay flexible: Use the "Primary Only" option to avoid duplicate physical mailings.


Capture the fundraising insights that matter most to your team

We’ve added Custom Fields to Opportunities. This builds on last year's Campaigns update, ensuring you can capture the specific data you need across your entire fundraising process.
Why use it?
  • Flexibility: Record details like the origin of an opportunity and secondary owners.
  • Visibility: Build reports based on the metrics that matter to you.


Enhanced Event Invitation Tracking

We’ve improved how invitation and attendance data is displayed on customer records, making it easier to track engagement for both individual attendees and corporate donors.
  • Gain full visibility on corporate giving: The new "Invitations" tab and timeline on Organization records lists every invitation where the company is recorded as "On Behalf Of", sorted by date for a clear historical view. 
  • Track attendees at a glance: Individual records and the timeline now show invitation data even if the person was an attendee rather than the primary invitee. You can quickly see who attended, who they were invited by, and their final attendance status.


Self-Service Data Imports

You can now import Customer, Membership, and Donation data directly into the system using our new CSV importer, giving you full control over your data management.
  • Import data on your own schedule: Upload bulk data for donations, memberships, and customers whenever you need it.
  • Simplify bulk updates: Use the flexibility of spreadsheets to manage complex data sets and sync them to your system in minutes.
Ensure data migration accuracy with a scalable tool designed to handle both regular and ad-hoc imports without the need for technical intervention.


Enhanced “Update Multiple Opportunities” tool

Our "Update Multiple Opportunities" tool now supports bulk editing for two key financial fields:
  • Asked Amount
  • Target Amount
Instead of opening individual records, you can now adjust your funding goals and request amounts across multiple opportunities simultaneously.
